AICTE Swanath Scholarship 2024-25: Amount Details for Technical Diploma/Degree, Apply Now: The Swanath Scholarship Scheme 2024–2025 is an All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) initiative that provides monetary support to students studying technical degrees courses or diplomas from authorised Colleges or institutes.

AICTE Swanath Scholarship 2024-25
Students who are orphans, who lost parents to COVID-19, or who are dependents of members of the armed forces or central paramilitary forces who died while doing their duties are all eligible for this opportunity.

Swanath Scholarship Program Eligibilities
This scholar program is quite different from other financial aids and hence its eligibility criteria is also slightly different which is as follows.
- Beneficiary should have Indian nationality.
- Beneficiary should be Orphan.
- The beneficiary’s parents deid due to COVID-19.
- The beneficiaries of financial support are the wards of the Armed Forces and Central Paramilitary Forces who were martyred in action (Shaheed).
- Individuals whose family income does not surpass Rs 800,000 per year and who are enrolled full-time in the first four years of a degree or diploma program at an AICTE-approved institution are eligible.
AICTE Swanath Scholarship Benefits
A payment of Rs 50,000 each year would be made to the chosen students to help with the costs of their academic endeavours, including tuition, the purchase of a computer, stationery, textbooks, tools, and software. This amount is allotted for the duration of the academic year. It should be mentioned that it excludes the price of medical treatments and room rentals.
The scholarship will be given to degree-seeking students who are currently enrolled in their second, third, or fourth year of study for the following academic years (first, second, or third year, respectively). Likewise, candidates for diplomas who are in their second or third year will be qualified for financial aid for the balance of the program.
Eligible 2000 scholarships will be given to the most deserving candidates and among these scholarship slots 1000 slot for degree students and 1000 slots for diploma students.
AICTE Swanath Scholarship Benefit Amount
A lump sum payment of Rs. 50,000.00 will be given yearly for up to a maximum of 4 years for first year admitted degree students and 3 years for diploma students, for expenses like college fees, computer, stationery, book, equipment,
software, and other expenses. The scholarship will only be available for three or two years if the student is enrolled in the second, third, or fourth year of their degree program. Similarly, students who are currently enrolled in their second or third year of diploma-level studies will have their scholarship tenure reduced to two or one year.
Required Documents for AICTE Technical Diploma/Degree Scholarships
Candidates can file their applications under one of three categories. The list of documents required for each of the three groups to register for the AICTE program is provided below.
Regarding Orphans:
- Death certificates of deceased parents.
- Tehsildar/SDM certification for authenticity if applicable or included from the educational establishment.
- Grade sheet for classes 10 and 12, or equivalent (for undergraduate programs).
- Class 10 transcript or comparable grades (for diploma courses).
- Certificate of caste or community (if applicable).
For COVID-19 Affected Applicants Who Have a Deceased Parent:
- The parents’ death from COVID-19 is noted on the death certificate.
- For people who only have one living parent, an authorised official’s income declaration for the current year that demonstrates a family’s income of less than Rs 8,00,000.
- A certificate of authenticity issued by the educational establishment.
- Academic report card for classes 12 or above, and for classes 10 (undergraduate studies).
- Class 10 or comparable grade sheet (for diploma programs).
- Certificate of caste or community (if applicable).

- A certificate of verification from the educational institution.
- Academic records for Class 10 (for studies at the university level) and Class 12 or equivalent

- An authorised body’s income statement for the current year that certifies a family’s income is less than Rs 8,00,000; a copy of the caste or community certification, if applicable.

Applying for the AICTE Swanath Scholarship Schem requires qualified candidates to submit their applications online by go through the steps one by one as stated.
