CG Forest Guard Admit Card 2024 Release Date
The examination authorities have not yet announced the exact Release Date of CG Forest Guard Admit Card 2024. However, the admit card is anticipated to be released in the last week of July 2024 most probably. Participants will be able to get their hall ticket online by visiting the main site of FCCD, Chhattisgarh.
Selection Process of CG Forest Guard 2024
Forest & Climate Change Department, Chhattisgarh follows a slightly different selection process to recruit eligible candidates for the post of Forest Guard in the state. The selection process includes 4 stages which evaluate the candidate’s eligibility on every necessary level. Go through the below-mentioned points to understand the Forest Guard Recruitment Process.
- 1. Physical Efficiency Test: The first stage of the selection process will be PET. Under this stage, the physical standard and efficiency of the candidates are evaluated according to different criteria. PET is of 100 marks.
- 2. Written Exam: Candidates will be called for the written test based on marks scored in the PET and the written test duration will be 2 hours and the maximum marks of the test will be 100 marks. The test paper will contain objective questions from subjects like Social Science, intelligence ability, Math, and analytical ability. Candidates can also receive the Bonus marks for excellent performance.
- 3. Selection List: After completion of the two stages, the selection list will be published by the recruitment authority and contain the names of shortlisted candidates. The list will be based on the marks scored in PET, Written Test, and Bonus marks.
- 4. Pedestrian walking: The candidates whose names appear in the selection list will have to appear for the Pedestrian walking test. In which men contenders will have to complete the distance of twenty-five km in four hours and women participants will have to complete the distance of fourteen km in four hours.
Note: If any candidate is not able to complete the given distance in the stipulated time in the Pedestrian walking test, then he/she will not be appointed for the post of Forest Guard.
Details of CG Forest Guard Physical Efficiency Test 2024
After shortlisting the application forms, the authority will invite the candidates to participate in the first round of the selection which is a Physical Efficiency Test. This PET will be a of total 100 marks which is as mentioned below. Physical Measurement Standards will be also measured in this stage of selection, and it is different for both male and female candidates.
- 1. 200 Meter Race carries 25 Marks
- 2. 800 Meter Race carries 25 Marks
- 3. Long Jump carries 25 Marks
- 4. Shot put carries 25 Marks (Male: 7.26 KG and Female: 4KG)
