Eligibility of NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024
Before applying for the post, you should check the NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024 Eligibility.
- Candidates must be an Indian citizen.
- Candidates must know Hindi and English Language.
- Applicants have to be 21 to 30 years only as of 1 July 2024.

NABARD Selection Procedure for Group A Vacancies
To get selected as an Assistant Manager in Rajsabha and RDBS, applicants must go through the NABARD Assistant Manager Selection Process 2024 which contains two rounds. Details are mentioned below.
- Preliminary Exam: NABARD Prelims Exam 2024 will be the first stage of the selection process. Under this candidate will have to answer the 200-objective type question in 120 minutes. The maximum mark for Prelims will be 200. Shortlisting of candidates for the Main Examination will be based on marks obtained in the merit section only.
- Mains Exam: After qualifying for the Prelim exam, candidates will have to participate in the Mains Exam. The Main Exam format will be different based on the posts. Candidates will receive 3.30 hours to solve all the questions. The paper will be divided into two sections. The questions will be Online Descriptive, Objective, and Descriptive type.
- Psychometric Test: After qualifying for the Mains exam, the shortlisted candidates will have to undergo a Psychometric Test which will be 90 minutes and in which the candidates will be asked MCQ-based questions.
- Interview: Finally, all the shortlisted candidates will have to participate in the final round of selection which will be an interview round and it will be of 50 marks.
